		<description>I like this idea, but I&#039;m wondering if I photo blog about listings that my brokerage does not have listed, am I violating the law that requires that you have a listing agreement with a property owner before you can market their property.  Is this only used for listings held by your own brokerage?  Are there any other uses other than listings?</description>
