Let’s face it, we all want instant answers and solutions to our problems. Whether it’s “The Secret”, “The Key” (yes, there’s a book with that title on Amazon) or the proverbial “Silver Bullet”, we want everything fixed RIGHT NOW! This reminds me of a very good book on copywriting called “Create Great Headlines Instantly!” consisting of 168 pages of details on how to achieve those “instant” results )

And we often will pay good money to have it, as long as we don’t have to do the work, or more significantly, change ourselves. Why exercise when we can take a pill?

Okay, so we all know that there is no such thing as “instant” anything, right? Well… not so fast. There is one thing we have right now, this very moment that if we become fully aware of it, changes everything immediately…
